This special microlot is a washed coffee, available in very small quantities, fermented in a very special process for 72 hours.

 

The aroma of this coffee is honey and raisins. The taste of yellow fruits is accompanied by that of papaya.

Hubeimar's passion for coffee dates back to when he was just 7 years old when his school participated in the government project "Cafeteritos" for rural areas. Today, his farm in Antioquia covers 8.7 hectares and he is always present in his plantation, which he called Florez, La Primavera, to personally control the batches, picking and plucking the beans only at the moment of perfect ripeness, to produce the highest possible quality of coffee, such as this special Premium microlot. 

 

A washed coffee available only in very few 35 kg bags that has fermented for a long time - 72 hours - in a very particular process. 

The day after the first harvest, he harvested, stripped and mixed a second harvest with the previous one, and so on the following day, for three days in all. 

On the fourth day he washed it and finally let it dry for another four days. The result is undoubtedly unique and all to be enjoyed.
