This selection of Serrano coffees, of Superior AA grade, is processed with the typical washed method; the harvesting of the ripe cherries takes place exclusively by hand.
After roasting, this coffee offers a clean cup profile with hints of hazelnut with an intense taste, a full, rich and distinct body.
The aftertaste of this very persistent Arabica coffee is bitter chocolate.

Cuba Serrano
This single-origin is grown in the Sierra Maestra mountain range in the south-eastern area of Cuba, on a very fertile soil rich in minerals such as copper and manganese in ideal conditions for an excellent coffee.
Cuban coffee is rare today: the pivot of the economy until the pre-communist era, today production has significantly decreased and consumption is mainly domestic; in Cuba the entire production of small farmers is managed by Government Cooperatives.
This Serrano is an even rarer single-origin, of Superior AA grade. Processed with the typical washed method, typical of the Sierra Maestra, the harvesting of the ripe cherries takes place exclusively by hand and after harvesting the beans are washed completely and left to dry naturally in the sun on a patio.
This coffee after roasting offers a clean cup profile with hints and intense taste, a rich and full body, distinct and a very persistent aftertaste of bitter chocolate: a special and unique coffee quality.
